Exhibitor Package

• 8'x10' booth size (8' high backdrop and 3' high side divider drapes)
• 6' foot draped table, 2 chairs, 1 standard identification sign
• 2 full conference registrations per booth for exhibitor personnel (except additional fee seminars)
• 4 complimentary Exhibit Hall passes per exhibit booth
• Electronic list of attendees to all exhibitors before/after the conference if desired
• All companies are listed on the conference website and in the conference program book.

• Early registration & full payment = early booth selection!
• Booth selection is awarded on a first come-first served basis following receipt of full payment.
• If registered by February 15 exhibitors will appear in program book.
• Conference sponsors receive premium booth locations.
• Other prime locations are reserved for exhibitors who have supported CampWest for 3 or more years.
• Full exhibitor fees must be paid prior to February 1, 2009 to be eligible for prime locations.
• CampWest does its best to accommodate all exhibitors, but cannot guarantee booth placement.
• Every effort will be made not to assign you space next to a competitor.
• Following full payment, booth selection may occur online.

Refund Policy
Deposit: $100 Non-refundable deposit per booth guarantees you space in the Exhibit Hall. Balance must by paid in full by 2/1/09. NOTE: Booth selection will be available after full exhibitor fees are paid. Booth cancellation after March 2, 2009 will result in retention of 50% of booth cost. Registration coming soon!

Shipping Information
LAS VEGAS EXPO will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials to the warehouse address below. The warehouse will receive shipments Monday thru Friday during the hours of 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, excluding holidays. The Payment Authorization Form must be completed and submitted to LAS VEGAS EXPO prior to shipping.
