Camp Hours

9 AM - 3:30 PM

Unfortunately, due to rising costs,
we are forced to raise the cost of camp.

Cost per Session $450

There is a $125 non-refundable
deposit required at registration.

Early Drop Off/Late Stay Combo $145

New this year, we will be including the highlight video
and tribe group photo as part of the purchase price for each Session.

We are not responsible for lost items.  We have lots of messy fun at
Camp West so please do not bring anything that you don't want to get lost in the lake, get paint on or left behind. Please mark all items with first and last names.

Drop off/Pick Up 

Carpool Information

At Camp West we have implemented a carpool system for your convenience, please view the attached map for drop off and pick up directions. 

Morning Drop Off: 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. / 7:00 – 8:30 a.m. (Early Care)

Afternoon Pick Up: 3:30 - 3:45 p.m. / 3:45 – 6:00 p.m. (After Care)

Please review the carpool map for the early drop off/late pick up location. 

After Monday, parents may drop-off and pick-up campers via the carpool line. Each family will be assigned a unique carpool number that is required to pick-up their campers. This number should be displayed on the dashboard and we will retrieve your camper and escort them to your vehicle. A new carpool number will be issued each week if registered for multiple weeks. The map below will show you where to go for carpool.

If you have not picked up your child up by 3:45 pm, they will be taken to Extended Care. Weekly charges for Extended Care are $75 for early drop off or late stay, and $145 for both.  If your child is not picked up by 6:00 p.m., you will be charged an additional $1 per minute until they are picked up.

What’s for Lunch?

​

Your camp fee includes a hot lunch each day. Your child is welcomed and encouraged to eat the hot lunch which is prepared by our kitchen staff. You may send your child with a sack lunch if you choose.

  • Monday – Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit

  • Tuesday – Beef tacos, spanish rice, fruit

  • Wednesday – Hamburgers, chips,  fruit 

  • Thursday – Corndogs, mac & cheese,fruit 

  • Friday – Pizza, salad, cookie

Theme Days

Every week we encourage campers to come dressed up according to the weekly theme. Come in comfortable and exciting clothes for a fun and messy day!
